At Galapagos Odyssey we are conscious of the fragility of the Galapagos ecosystems, and that is why we comply with the Galapagos National Park rules, and do a little bit more. We are aware of the volume of waste that the industry produces, and that is why we are working on new and efficient ways to provide you with the highest level of quality service while reducing the impact on nature. Some of the things that we have been able to put into progress are eliminating the use of disposable containers for items such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap, we well as for bottled water. We have limited the use of water for laundry, by asking you to inform us when you would like fresh towel, and thus, eliminating unnecessary washing. The hygiene amenities in your cabin shampoo, conditioner, and soap are bio-degradable, this way we can minimize water pollution.

We are always on the look for more and more products and processes that will help us make our footprint smaller and smaller. We thank you for your part in this effort, and hope to keep making a difference.
